Shrooms & Polenta:
Ingredients:
8 oz oyster mushrooms
1 cup Polenta (cooked as directed on packaging)

Wet batter:
1 cup flour
1 cup water
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayenne pepper

Dry batter:
1 cup flour
Salt
Black pepper
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder 11
Onion powder
Oregano

Homemade Loaded Hashbrowns:
4 Russet potatoes
1/2 yellow onion
Salt
Black pepper
Avocado oil
Roasted red peppers

Gauc:
3 avocados
1 jalapeño
1 tomato
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Juice from 1.5 lemons


Vegan steak bagel:
Ingredients:
6-8oz lionsmane mushrooms
1/2 yellow onion, sliced thinly
1 bagel
1 slice Vegan cheddar cheese
1 tbs vegan Worcestershire
1-2 tbs vegan butter
2-3 tbs of avocado oil

Sauce:
1/4 vegan mayo
1 tbs mustard
1/2 tbs A1 sauce
1/2 tbs lemon juice
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper
1/8 tsp dill

Homemade steak seasoning:
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme

Chickpea egg:
1/3 cup chickpea flour
1/3 cup spring water
Pink Himalayan salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Black salt (if you have it) (to taste)
