Archival footage shot by an amateur filmmaker while visiting Romania in December 1964.

It contains stock footage of Bucharest, the capital city of the country: traffic (pedestrians, cars, trams and buses) in the streets, Lido Hotel in Bulevardul General Gheorghe Magheru, the Palace of Parliament, the Romanian Athenaeum (concert hall), Arcul de Triumf, Aurel Vlaicu International Airport in Băneasa district (cars parked outside the terminal, aircraft in the strip), and more.

- 3:08: Woman dressed in traditional clothes - Maramures region (she is also wearing traditional "opinci" shoes).
