For New Company:
1️⃣ Open BUSY → Go to Administration → Configuration → WhatsApp & SMS API Configuration
2️⃣ WhatsApp API is pre-configured — just press Enter and Save
3️⃣ Create an invoice → Fill details → Click SMS → Mobile number auto-picks (if saved) → Send → WhatsApp opens → Hit Enter — Done!

For Existing Company:
1️⃣ Upgrade to the latest release and open your company
2️⃣ Go to Administration → Configuration → WhatsApp & SMS API Configuration
3️⃣ Enter the format name → Select Yes when prompted → Save
4️⃣ Open invoice in Modify mode → Click SMS → Mobile number auto-picks (if saved) → Send → WhatsApp opens → Send message
