IMMIGRATION PUBLIC CHARGE RULE IS BACK! Must Watch If Filing for a GREEN CARD or US VISA.

PUBLIC CHARGE RULE that was put in place earlier this year and was recently suspended on July 29, 2020 until President Trump declares the National Health Emergency due to Covid19 to be over, is no longer suspended EXCEPT in Connecticut, Vermont and New York. If you were thinking of filing for your Green Card or for a US Visa and hoping to not be subject to the Public Charge Rule because it was suspended...the Appellate Court overturned the District Court's decision and cancelled the injunction stopping USCIS from enforcing it forcing everyone who files to be subject to the Public Charge Rule as it stands today. USCIS has not updated their forms page as of the posting of this video to reflect this change of immigration policy.
