This Chinese Take Out Pepper Steak will be your family's favorite Chinese pepper steak goes well with a side of white rice on the side. Enjoy!!

1 rib eye steak
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoon cornstarch (divided)
1 tablespoon salt free Mrs. Dash steak seasoning or any all purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large green bell pepper
1/2 large red bell pepper
1 large onion a
1/4 cup of water
sesame seeds to garnish
