In this episode we are following Håkon on his last hard physical training sessions before his big fight. Main focus for this sessions is explosively, power development and speed training.

The training focus from day one has been to develope his movability. He now more effective and it costs him less to do the hard pushes.

A session at Briskeby Oestepathy makes sure Håkons body in in well condition after a lot of hard training the last weeks.

Its now just one week before Håkon enters the cage, and Håkon himself is feeling fresh and ready for the big day 8th Dec!
