Anda Masala!

Most of us love eating #Egg in some or other ways,depending on different ways of preparing it.
I tried making this quick style Anda Masala which was served with simple naan. Possibly this recipe would be in each one’s house,who love’s eating #egg

Anda Masala Recipe:

Oil-2tbsp
Butter-1tbsp
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli 4-5
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Garam Masala powder
Salt
Egg 4 (boiled)
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves (Garnish)-A Few Sprigs.
