Raiders of the north sea, how to play

You are a Viking, and we all know that Vikings love to head out to sea to plunder and raid innocent villages! But to do this you first need to gather a crew! Then you of course will need provision, otherwise, you might starve... which is bad. You need to use your workers to do the right work and gather iron, livestock, or gold! When you have filled up your stock and you feel ready you can head out on your journey! Just be careful because you will face the enemy's defense and be ready to attack, using the right crew and the right armor!
