Caramel Apple Oatmeal Crisp

CARAMEL APPLE OATMEAL CRISP RECIPE
(2) 17.5-ounce package Oatmeal Cookie Mix
3/4 to 1 cup melted Butter
1 Egg
Mix together for crisp and reserve 3 cups. Set aside. Press the remainder into a 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish or pan. Bake the crust for 12to 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Chop 1 cup Caramel Bits and add to the remaining oatmeal mixture.
Pour (2) 21-ounce cans Apple Pie Filling into the baked crust and spread out evenly. Top with the oatmeal caramel mixture evenly. Bake covered for 25 to 30 minutes. Then uncovered for about 10 minutes to let the cookie mixture brown. Enjoy while it is still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
