📍When a cabin attendant is hired by @transmaldivian they go through an extensive training..they spend about 1 month in ground classes getting the knowledge of aviation and going through technical and non technical tranings such as

*basic fore traning
*emergency first responder
*dealing with ground emergencies
*crew resource management
*open water survival techniques
*dangerous good
*safety management systems
etc
After that an average of approximately 2 months are spent on the docks learning the practical of loading, boarding, briefing ..etc

Then they go through the process of flying under surpvison for 20 hrs ..if they meet expected performance they can go through the line check to be start the journey of barefoot cabin crew
