Scott Stiles is the founder of Fair Employment Agency (fairagency.org) and a good friend of mine. This interview was completely unplanned, we just happened to get together and I asked him if I could interview him on camera and he agreed.

I love this business because it is making a real difference in the lives of thousands of domestic workers (aka "helpers) in Hong Kong who have often been taken advantage of by unscrupulous employment agencies and employers. Scott is changing the entire system, and he's using capitalism to do it. His company is well on the way to becoming the largest domestic worker agency in Hong Kong, which is forcing other agencies to take notice and emulate his example of treating people right, or risk getting left behind.
