Alpha Waves- slow, meditative music with Harp is a deeply relaxing instrumental video and audio experience which has been composed with the creation of alpha waves in mind.
Alpha Waves are brain waves which are present during an awakened, relaxed state and are favourable for wellbeing.
My Sonic Healing Environment program includes music, breathing and entrainment as primary modalities towards wellbeing.
I have used my knowledge of soothing tones and lengthy notes to create a sense of floating and calmness in this video.
The harp is played in an improvisational way so as to produce a sense of freedom while listening to the music.
I have woven the music around a beautiful major 7th chord which has both a richness and softness enabling a deeply meditative state for the listener.
The visuals I have chosen are heavenly and flowing. The magnificent Aurora Borealis is a feature throughout this video.

The visuals and music are designed to create a sense of weightlessness and lightness within the listener.
Each one of my relaxing instrumentals have peace, calmness and wellbeing in mind. Alpha Waves is the most soothing and relaxing one so far!
