If you are sea food lover, then you must try this delicious Prawns curry. Spices are roasted and then ground to make a delicious prawns curry so robust with flavors. You will surely love the spicy and tangy flavour of this prawns curry.

Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
20 Medium size Prawns
1 Tsp Oil for Roasting
3 Tbsp Fresh Coconut
1 Onion (medium size) Sliced
4 – 5 Cloves/Laung
8 to 10 Pepper Corns/Kali Mirch
1 Star Anise
1 Small piece Cinamon Stick/Dalchini
1 Tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds/Sabut Dhanya
1 Tsp Sesame/Til Seeds
½ Inch Ginger - chopped
8 to 10 Cloves of Garlic
6 Kashmiri Red Chillies (2 Tsp Kashmiri Chillie Powder)
½ Tsp Turmeric/Haldi powder
1 Medium Size Tomato - sliced
1 (Small lemon size ball) Tamarind/Imli
¾ Tsp Salt - adjust according to taste
3 Tbsp Oil for Bagaring the masala
1 Cup (approx.) Water – Adjust as per need
