Patek Philippe has done the unthinkable. They have combined the classic elements of the forefront
collection Calatrava with youthful features. Showcasing a more sporty look while still retaining the
classic theme Calatravas are known for.

The Calatrava has beige syringe hands complimenting well with the gold applied numerals
& it's beige luminescent coating individually applied onto this textured charcoal gray dial. Measuring 40mm, which is slightly larger than most Calatravas.

The stunning charcoal gray dial features a black gradient rim,
with it's slightly graining texture reminiscent of antique camera cases.
It certainly adds depth, causing the vintage numerals to really pop.
This along with with the lustrous 18kt gold case, gives it a nice contrast, but when viewed
from the sides, a striking Clous-de-Paris hobnail motif adorns the caseband which has turned into
a Patek Philippe trademark since it's introduction onto the bezel of the Calatrava Ref.96 in 1934.

Their concealed sides, as well as the plates are finished with a perlage pattern & the edges of
the steel parts are chamfered. These finishing touches are applied not only for aesthetic purposes,
but to also improve the overall performance.

It takes more than 1200 steps to produce the parts of a single self-winding Patek Philippe
timepiece. 40-60 alone for manufacturing a single wheel or pinion.

This new reference, is teemed with 2 interchangeable straps.
1 with a beige calf skin with a nubuck finish which is a top grain leather that has been sanded
& the other, in a black calf skin with an embossed fabric motif & beige stitching.

Patek Philippe has clearly achieved their quest for excellence in the watch making art& with the
introduction of this supremely elegent wrist watch that will charm each new generation of
watch lovers.

Self-winding mechanical movement. Caliber 26‑330 S C. Date in an aperture. Sweep seconds.

DIAL
Textured charcoal gray, black gradient rim, gold applied numerals with beige luminescent coating.

CASE
White gold. Sapphire crystal case back. Water-resistant to 30 m. Diameter: 40 mm. Height: 8.53 mm.

BRACELET / STRAP
Calfskin, nubuck finish, hand-stitched, beige (originally fitted). Calfskin, embossed with fabric pattern, hand-stitched, black (additional strap). Prong buckle.
