Its not always an easy way to catch them but sight fishing big Golden Perch sitting up in the shallows soaking up the sun is my favourite way of catching them. The odds are stacked against me little on this session with a bit of wind about and muddy run off which had made the water cloudy and the fish hard to spot from a distance. In the end persistence paid of in the form od a cracking 60cm sight fished Golden Perch.
