To transfer contacts from Android to Android, open your contacts app on your old Android. Then tap More. Select Settings. Tap Contacts. Tap Import/Export Contacts. Select Export to Device Storage. Open Gmail. Draft an email to yourself. Attach the VCF file to your email, then send it. On your computer, open your Gmail inbox and access the email you sent to yourself. Download the attached file. Go to Google.com/contacts. Click Import Contacts. Click Choose File. Find the file in your downloads folder, then click Open. Click Import. When setting up your new Android, log in to your Google account and your contacts will be automatically synced to your new Android phone.
