These Gluten Free Birthday Cake Blondies are an easy recipe to make. The taste and texture came out great. I really like that the team at King Arthur Baking says that both their Gluten Free Measure or Measure and their Gluten Free Bread Flour can be used in the recipe.

I followed the recipe without any changes and in my oven it took the full cooking time.
