In their quest to become a great team and overcome adversity The Crest High School Chargers become broken as they lose a very special teammate who was tragically killed in a car accident during the season, forcing the team to come together. The adverse experience from these kids molded them into a strong family as their were reconstructed. Some even say the presence of their fallen teammate was present in some of the wins. In fact the team united together in order to win it's first state championship going undefeated 15-0.
