World’s First Rotation Control Rhythm Game "Rotaeno" Offers Free Download for a Limited Time with Major Update

Dream Engine Games, in partnership with XD Inc., has unveiled plans for the second anniversary of their arcade rhythm game, Rotaeno! From May 30th, players can enjoy a seven-day window to pick up the base game for free, accompanied by a major update jammed with new songs, music pack discounts, and special events.

Free-to-Download for a Limited Time

From May 30th to June 5th, Rotaeno will drop its $2.99 price tag and become free-to-download on iOS (via App Store) and Android (via Google Play and TapTap). This limited-time offer will allow rhythm game fans worldwide to experience the innovative, gyro-enabled gameplay on their smartphone with access to over 50 songs at no cost at all.

New Content with a Bang

The 2nd anniversary update brings over 20 new songs to the library, including:

Six new free songs
Two collab music packs featuring Vocaloid artists Deco*27 and Pinocchio-P
A new story chapter featuring eight OSTs by renowned composers such as Camellia and Jun Kuroda.

In the new story chapter, Ilot finds herself on the verdant planet Silvano and joins forces with the native elves to preserve their natural resources against overexploitation. This available DLC introduces engaging challenges, collectibles, and an unlockable character, Cheri.

Rotaeno x Vocaloid Collaboration

The Deco*27 and Pinocchio-P music packs contain three iconic Vocaloid songs each:
