The Set for Creative Flow and Happiness awakens the sensory system and stimulates the natural current of creativity within. As we open to the flow of creative energy, we cultivate patience, presence, and a deeper sense of connection with ourselves, with the planet, with others, and with life. Through this alignment, we gain the capacity to touch the hearts of others and express our inner light with authenticity and joy.

Set up your space with a yoga mat, water, and supporting props such as blocks, bolster, and/or pillow. Traditionally Kundalini Yoga is practiced early in the morning, and if you are practicing later in the day, it is strongly recommended that you do not eat at least two hours prior to practicing. Come ready to move, breathe, and use your voice!
