Blencowe Resources Plc (LSE: BRES) has successfully completed a £3 million fundraise, marking another key milestone following the completion of its Definitive Feasibility Study for the Orom-Cross graphite project in Uganda.

The placing of 42.8 million new shares at 7p (no discount) provides the company with the financial flexibility to maintain momentum as it advances into the financing and development phase.

What this enables:

Progress toward Phase 1 production readiness

Advancement of commercial and offtake discussions

Support for financing due diligence with DFIs, strategic partners, and government-backed funding bodies

Strengthening of the execution team and early workstreams

Additional working capital during the P1 financing period

Executive Chairman Cameron Pearce highlighted that the DFS significantly enhanced Blencowe’s position, improving access to capital and counterparties and enabling this raise on stronger terms. The company remains focused on securing structured P1 financing while building commercial momentum.

Admission of the new shares is expected on 16 December 2025, taking the total shares in issue to 454.6 million.
