Dear Registrar,
I am writing to update the tribunal on ongoing difficulties in obtaining material evidence for this matter and to seek guidance or assistance.
As previously noted in submissions, the closure of my Scotiabank account in 2024—occurring around the same period I initiated proceedings against Amazon—contributed significantly to the financial hardship central to this creed discrimination case.
Today I have renewed a formal PIPEDA access request to Scotiabank for:

Complete bank records from account opening to closure, and
Internal notes/memos regarding the reason for closure.

Despite prior indications that records were sent, I have not received them. A related complaint is already active with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This continued obstruction directly impairs my ability to fully document the extent of reprisal-related financial damages in this proceeding.
I refer to my previous request for the tribunal's assistance in compelling production of these records.
A copy of today's PIPEDA request to Scotiabank is attached/forwarded for reference.

Dear Privacy Officer / Escalated Concerns Team,
I am making a formal request under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for access to my personal information held by Scotiabank.
Specifically, I require:

Complete bank records (statements, transaction history, account details) for my account from the date it was opened until the date it was closed in 2024.
As a separate matter, any internal notes, memos, or correspondence regarding the reason(s) for the termination of my account in 2024.

I request that this information be provided in downloadable PDF format, preferably delivered as an attachment via secure email. If the only secure method available is through your customer portal system, I am willing to use that system provided the records are downloadable in PDF format.
I note that you previously indicated this information was sent to me via secure email, but I did not receive it (possibly due to a transmission error). I therefore require that it be resent or provided again.
These records are material to an active Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario proceeding (File 2025-64274-I) in which financial hardship resulting from creed-based discrimination is a central issue. Timely access is critical.
I note that my account was closed in 2024, around the same period I filed a complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario against Amazon, without any explanation provided to me at the time. I would appreciate receiving the explanation now, as part of the internal notes requested above.
A related complaint regarding access to my personal information has already been filed with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, which is copied on this message.
To be clear, I currently have no intention of initiating legal action against Scotiabank, however if your refusal to provide these records results in the collapse of my HRTO case, that situation would change. I would strongly prefer to resolve this cooperatively and promptly.
Please confirm receipt of this request and provide an estimated timeline for fulfillment. I am available to clarify any details or complete any required verification steps immediately.
