We didn’t initially have ‪@WhistlerBlackcomb‬ on our resort list this year but since we already have an ​⁠​⁠Epic Pass and our resorts down here in WA are still closed we decided to make the drive up to British Columbia to kick off our season and it was snow much fun!

To be honest, we were a little nervous to tackle the largest ski resort in North America right off the bat as we are still getting our snow legs under us but found out that Whistler Blackcomb is actually super approachable and we had a blast easing into our season and experiencing a bunch of other unique to Whistler activities! ‪@GoWhistler‬ #onlyinwhistler

Next to the gondola. Beautiful. Impeccable service. Huge outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, saunas fire pits and many different restaurants to chose from. The Fairmont makes your trip here easy.👌🙌

2. Wonder routes
The perfect way to kickstart your mountain explorations by taking the guess work out of the 8,171 acres of terrain with curated routes of discovery.

3. Peak 2 peak
To some it’s simply a way to get from Blackcomb Mountain to Whistler mountain, to others it’s a thrilling experience and highlight of their trip! No skis or snowboards necessary!

4. Squamish Lil’wit cultural centre (‪@SLCCWhistler‬)
We always try to organically incorporate educational and cultural lessons into our travels so having the indredible Squamish Lil’wit cultural centre just steps away from the Fairmont was the perfect interactive way to learn about the local indigenous cultures.

5. Vallea Lumina (‪@TheAdventureGroupWhistler‬)
A one of a kind multimedia experience that combines a hike through the forest with a story line of discovery, accentuated by projections and other unique audio/visuals along the way.
