*The title refers to the 15th century writings of Yagyu Munenori, who chronicled sword techniques of mythical tengu with his other insightful teachings (as the sword instructor to the reigning Shogun of the time: Tokagawa Iassu)) Yagu's "The Life Giving Sword" is a brilliant work, and for being several hundreds of years old, it sustains relevance in it's timelessness.
