The amazing restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental is called Matsuri.

Out of the two hotels from this video, I personally preferred the Vik over Mandarin, incase you can't decide! It felt more special and the service was better, although both hotels were luxurious and a real treat.

Sky Costanera is a great way to see the city from above and watch the sunset, book your tickets online in advance and bring a jacket! The tower entrance is inside a shopping mall so give yourself extra time to find it.
