Following a project where CMC's manufacturing consultants have come into your factory and implemented positive changes, how do we make them 'stick?'

After a project is over it's not the end of our cooperation. We offer subsequent 'manufacturing consulting follow up' which often takes the form of 'maintenance' on the previous CMC project, to assure that high levels of performance are maintained. Our consultants, who by now know your organisation very well, are therefore regularly on hand to provide coaching and additional help to staff.

The consultants will return to the factory at pre-scheduled times to examine what's happening now, offering technical advice and constructive feedback where required.
