Kangaroo River Kayak and Camp Part 2 - (filmed for Escape with ET)

Part 2 of this epic weekend. This show will air on Escape with ET over the weekend. After setting up camp at Acacia Flats, ET, Andrew Death, Damon the camerman and myself spent another day on the beautiful Kangaroo River fishing for Bass and enjoying the beauty of this awesome river system. We had a bit of drizzle throughout the day but this did not dampen our spirits. We landed some quality wild Bass on the day with ET landing a 43cm fish the biggest for the trip and I landed another nice 40cm version. We also got smashed by a few big Carp that are in the system. It was great to meet Andrew Death the 2019 Hobie Kayak World Champion, and pick up a few tips from the master.
After this trip was filmed I went back a month later with my son and camped again. You can see that in one of my other videos.
With Mount Scanzi Road closed for repair after a landslide for a few months I will have to wait until Spring to get down again for another trip.
