The JMRC Observer Controller Trainer (OC-T) teams provide coaching, teaching, mentoring and After Action Reviews (AAR) to training units. OC-Ts also provide exercise control and manual adjudication of instrumentation systems, and assist the training unit chain of command in enforcing safety and mitigating risk.
