On October 8th, 2025, the Constitutional Principality of Ruteschia and the People’s Socialist Republic of Capanna (RPSC) signed a historic Bilateral Diplomatic Agreement, marking a new era in Ruteschian sovereignty.
According to this accord, the Principality’s sovereign and administrative seat will be relocated to the Parco-Bosco Isolino in Locarno, Switzerland, officially recognizing the area as the new center of the Ruteschian State. The transition will be completed within seven days of signing, accompanied by full logistical and protective assistance from the RPSC.
This decisive step represents unity, cooperation, and progress between the two nations — strengthening their shared commitment to peace and interterritorial development.
