A crafted Techeun Force with Under Pressure and Rangefinder is the best fusion rifle I've ever used in Destiny 2 PvP. I'm amazed that Bungie was able to bring back the crafted version with crazy strong perks for PvE as well.

Quick note on Rewind Rounds. It works based off of the number of BOLTS you hit not the number of SHOTS. So you have to hit that percentage of bolts to refill a percentage of bolts, that will round up. Might just be crazier than High Impact Reserves in terms of complexity!
