Today we're taking a look at how to make the transition from being a solo Videographer to a full-scale Cinematographer or Director of Photography. Talking about the difference between videography and cinematography is important in order to determine how one can make the transition from working by themselves as a solo videographer to working as a large scale cinematographer on high end commercials, scripted work, and so on. In this video I outline the difference between the two, and how I've approached making that transition.
