When I set out on this off road motorcycle riding adventure, I had one goal: find as many epic, sweeping views of the Willamette National Forest as I could. This dual sport riding journey on my Honda CRF250L took me up abandoned logging roads, past landslides, around the Forest Service's attempts to block off roads by digging enormous trenches, and finally to a series of epic views while exploring deep in the forest.

Dual sport forest riding is one of my favorite things, and this solo motorcycle adventure to the mountains nearby was a blast. I also stumbled across several potential dispersed motorcycle camping spots that I hopefully will get to return to in the future. I hope that future off road motorcycle exploring trips prove as fruitful and amazing as this one. Please enjoy the ride!
