I put on a new listing this weekend with 10 groups at the open house with 12 scheduled showings. I don’t know about you, but to me that’s not slow.the property is already under contract!

Our average price in NB is up 6.6% over this time last year to $630,000 Our market time is only 46 days that’s still down 11.5%. The ratio of asking price to sales price is steady at 98.6%. Also steady is our months of inventory 1.6 Take a guess how many homes for sale in Northbrook there are today? 88! That’s down 27% over fall of 2022.
