Growing up, there was always a bit of a gap between my father and me—perhaps it was the age difference, maybe our contrasting ideologies. But with time, everything found its rhythm. Today marks a milestone—my very first car. It’s more than just a vehicle; it’s a symbol of dreams taking shape. For a middle-class girl in her 20s, this is nothing short of a dream come true.

Yes, it’s a pre-loved car. And yes, it took all of my father’s wisdom and persuasion to convince me to start small—to learn, to grow, to truly own the journey. He reminded me that beginnings don’t need to be grand to be meaningful. And maybe, just maybe, in a year or two, I’ll be ready to bring home the car of my dreams.
