Catch and cook Murray cod

People have been asking me for some time to film a catch and cook Murray cod video, now I have finally done it. It has been around 10 years or so since I last kept a Murray cod and I have to be honest, just keeping one was a challenge. I caught a nice 57cm last week that I was planning to keep but couldn't bring myself to do it after releasing so many over the last 10 years.
