The deep surface mount extrusion is an aluminium profile ideal to house LED Tape lighting, LED Strip lighting or LED Ribbon lighting. The deep surface mount extrusion is available in 1m or 2m lengths and can easily be cut to length using a hacksaw. The depth of the extrusion and the diffused cover means that when LED strip lighting is installed into it you cannot see the usual individual LED 'dots' but instead see a smooth light glow.
