How to Play Urza, Lord High Artificer | MTG Alpha EDH

Urza, Lord High Artificer is perhaps the most popular cEDH commander. Why? Because you can do so much with just having out your commander. This mono-blue creature is one of two, 2-piece combos that can result in a turn 2 win by preventing your opponents from playing the game. There are several other combos that are easy to pull off, lots of tutors, card draw, counter spells, free spells, value engines and more. This commander and decklist is so good, that I can't play it.
