Grab some dumbbells and join me for this FULL BODY STRENGTH barre workout! at 35 minutes, this workout is long enough to fatigue all the muscles worked yet quick enough to sneak into a busy day (naptime hustle IYKYK). That being said, in our efforts to fatigue several major muscle groups this workout is on the more intense side of the spectrum. Labeled as advanced/intermediate, but modifiable! Drop the weight down or lose it entirely to scale back the intensity, and take the offered movement modifications as needed!

I hope you enjoy this quick and effective TOTAL BODY workout! This is my first go at sharing my workouts online, so I've got some room for growth in video quality.
