Ghost Strong J-Cup 2.0 - What's New?

In today's video we take a look at the newly released Ghost Strong J-Cup 2.0 These are some of the most expensive (and customizable) j-cups on the market. What makes them unique is their craftsmanship and the fact they come with an integrated roller for easily centering a loaded barbell. They also feature Ghost's patented "return roller" feature which allows the bar to be in the same position every time.
