Deep Pressure Therapy was pioneered by Dr. Temple Grandin.

She has autism, and in her work, she discovered that deep pressure on the human body helps calm the nervous system of people with nervous system disorders like autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and even post-traumatic stress disorder.

She discovered that our body has mechanisms that respond to pressure because that's what we like when we get hugged. Hugging will generate all kinds of positive chemicals in the body and help the autonomic nervous system switch to a more relaxed state.

So in this video, I will show you how to do that with simple tools you can find at home.
