In preparation for one of the most historic snowstorms in recent memory, I took a ride on the {6} Express towards Brooklyn Bridge. And this was a little bittersweet because I was hoping to get this in successfully the week prior since I did the leg towards Vermont at that time. But two incidents along the 🟢Lexington Av Line🟢 and another in The Bronx that day derailed it. But this was nothing short of a masterpiece. In the second half of the run when we enter Manhattan, the car I was in was formerly used on the 42 St Shuttle. It’s the second time that I’ve done a run on this route with a former car from the Shuttle, which is interesting to say the very least. Once I got past all the runs later on in the evening, it was a big sigh of relief, knowing that I was gonna be safe at home until Tuesday.
