BRS Leader K Kavitha Sent To Judicial Custody Till April 9 In Delhi Excise Policy Case

Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader K Kavitha vowed to come out clean in the alleged Delhi liquor policy scam on Monday. She hit out at her critics, saying this was a political laundering case. Her remarks came after a Delhi court sent Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader K Kavitha to jail till April 9. Kavitha, daughter of former Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao - was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 15 in the alleged Delhi liquor policy scam. Special Judge Kaveri Baweja, while sending her to Tihar Jail for 14 days has also fixed hearing on interim bail plea for 1 April.
