Here in this video we can clearly see how HH Bhakti Charu Swami Maharaj is clearly telling his disciples that gurus who give initiation in iskcon are not srila prabhupada's successors but representatives of srila prabhupada acting on behalf of Srila Prabhupada ...ISKCON is Srila Prabhupada's Mutt or Institution and He is still The Guru of all members of the society. Every ISKCON disciple has a direct relationship with Srila Prabhupada.

This is also confirmed by ISKCON Banglore temple president HG Madhu Pandit Prabhu that ISKCON GBC is also following the same system indirectly what they are following.
