Evaluating the Build Quality of Four 2025 Thor Class B Vans: Are They as Bad as People Say?

In this video, we look at 4 brand new 2025 Promaster Class B Vans from Thor. We are specifically looking at these 2025 models to see what has changed from previous years. We also discover whether or not the quality of these Thor RV's is really as terrible as many have told us.

We visit the semi-annual La Mesa RV Show in West Palm Beach, Florida and do walkthroughs of every new Thor Promaster Class B Van at the show. While we are impressed with some of the innovations they contain, we are not impressed with the quality of the cabinetry and window shades.

Many believe that with their small size and limited floor plans, Class B Vans don't seem to be worth their exorbitant price tags. However, Promaster vans tend to be much more competitively priced while maintaining very similar floor plans. These units may be perfect for those who are looking for a Class B Van, but are fed up with their ridiculous pricing.

These versatile recreational vehicles have somewhat comfortable floor plans, and offer surprisingly larger living spaces than we expected. Because these vans are all shorter than 22 feet, you can live the "Van Life" camping deep in the wilderness while also being able to stay in hotels from time to time. As always, we make some comparisons to our previous RV, a 2021 American Coach Patriot MD2, and give some constructive criticism as well.
