Stepcraft M-Series M.1000 Automatic Tool Changer Test

This is a test of our new Stepcraft M-Series M.1000 CNC's Automatic Tool Changer. This is typically found on industrial level systems but Stepcraft makes it available all of their systems, from their entry level D-series, to their new mid-level M-series and Industrial Q-series. While manual tool changing isn't difficult. Once you experience a fully automated start-to-finish job workflow, it's hard to go back. In this case, up to 6 different tools can be pre-configured so that bits can be changed automatically within a job run. It also minimizes manual set up errors by enabling the lengths of each tool to be stored so that the system knows how to adjust cutting depth on-the-fly.
