I am a student of AKTU having roll number __________ from ________ (College Name & Code).

I had received PWG (Pass with Grace) in subject __________ (like M2) earlier. Later, as per the options shown on the university ERP portal, I filled the COP (improvement) exam form for the same subject and appeared in the exam successfully.
