How training and competing in Hyrox changed my body from slim and slender to lean and buff. After my first Hyrox I was disappointed and dejected. I couldn't believe how hard it was. I went back to the drawing board. I made changes to my training and my diet. In this video I talk about those changes and the differences in my physique that occurred as a result.
This video is not outwardly giving advice but rather explaining what I did to get the results I did. Everyone enters the Hyrox bubble from a different angle, different strengths and weaknesses no two people are the same. This video might just give you the nudge you need if you want to improve your physical self.
