💫 Prawn and Quail Eggs Sambal 🌶️

Ingredients:

🍤 Oil
🍤 Onion
🍤 Garlic
🍤 Ginger
🍤 Curry leaves
🍤 Tomatoes
🍤 Cili Giling Puteri
🍤 Boiled quail eggs
🍤 Prawns
🍤 Turmeric leaves
🍤 Onion (for garnish)
Method:

🧡 Heat oil in a pan.
🧡 Sautee the onions until they are cooked.
🧡 Add in chopped garlic and ginger and cook for a while.
🧡 Toss in curry leaves and chopped tomatoes.
🧡 Smash the tomatoes to incorporate them into the mixture.
🧡 Once the ingredients are cooked, add Cili Giling Puteri and stir until the oil separates.
🧡 Add the boiled quail eggs and stir briefly.
🧡 Add the prawns and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
🧡 Finally, add turmeric leaves to enhance the flavor.
🧡 Garnish the dish with onions.
