This content was claimed by Food Network / Good Eats years ago, however it was not requested to be taken down. Huge props to the owners -- and tell Alton Brown -- because this video clip is the super useful part of that episode. The remainder is linked above, and I almost fell off my chair when I saw that it bookends this video perfectly.

This 240p video was retrieved from a now-gone Youtube channel named "Likethehat" titled "Good Eats S4E3P1_ Fry Hard II - The Chicken" while Good Eats was between satellite/cable TV networks. In an era before anyone realized just how insanely popular Good Eats was and is or that "YouTube" thing was finally going catch on and not be left on the wayside of history like eight-track tapes, or Digital Compact Cassette. Unfortunately, that "Likethehat" clip at the beginning and end of every show-let is now permanently etched in my memory in a way I wish something else was... ...like where my keys are right now.
