DMT and somatic-based techniques I use in this exercise:

- Moving your energy downwards: great for mental fog, and mental overactivity,
lowering your center of gravity: increase feelings of stability, safety, and direction

- Connecting with your feet and the ground: helps cultivate a sense of presence and helps you connect to your body

- Passive weight: helps you feel the support of the ground, helps in letting go, flowing

-Shaking: helps auto-regulate the nervous system, close cycles of stress, and release emotions
